Social Service Worker Students put Social Justice in Action with "Rise Up! ᒪᑭᑎᕆᓐ! ᒪᑭᒋᐋᕐᖕᓂᖅ !"

As part of their program, the Social Service Worker Students (Year 2) take a course called Practicum 2: Social Justice in Social Service Practice.  As the course name suggests, it is a time for the students to put social justice into action in their respective community. This year, the students in Cambridge Bay and Rankin Inlet have decided to join to work on a project together.  For this project, students will be focussing on Social Problems connected to mental health, particularly Youth Mental Health.

 The focus is Awareness for Mental Wellness through Positivity.
