The Registrar’s Office is responsible for administering learner admissions and registrations, course changes and maintaining learner records. The office also issues marks, certificates, diplomas, transcripts and similar statements. Registration functions are maintained at each of the three campuses.

Financial Asistance

Visit the government of Nunavut Financial Assistance for Nunavut Students (FANS) from the Department of Family Services, designed to ensure that financial need is not a barrier to higher education. It is for learners attending designated post-secondary institutions and academic programs. FANS offers a number of benefits that are intended to help offset the costs of a post-secondary education.

The Career Development Advisor or Counsellors assist learners with accessing scholarships, bursaries and awards. For more advice and assistance related to scholarships and bursaries, learners can also contact a community Adult Educator or the Government of Nunavut Department of Education.

Housing for learners is available on Nunatta Campus, Kivalliq Campus, and Kitikmeot Campus. Housing allocation is assigned based on acceptance into the program.
