Educational Assessments

Admission to many Nunavut Arctic College programs requires submission of an official record of your education to date. This transcript is prepared by the high school, college or university you attended.

For a small fee, you can usually obtain a transcript from the school you attended by contacting the school's registrar (official transcripts for your application must be sent directly from your former school to the campus registrar).

However, some applicants may have real world experience instead of a formal education, or a transcript that doesn't by itself, demonstrate the necessary qualifications for admission. These applicants may write an educational assessment test. For more information on educational assessment, please contact your Community Learning Centres or Campus Registrar for more details.
