Reporting to the Senior Business Officer, the College Registrar will be responsible for the planning, direction, management, program delivery, administration and evaluation of two Records Systems and registration functions for the entire College. Ongoing functions for the College Registrar include all academic and curriculum records, student registration data, financial records and student statistics. The College Registrar will regularly work with senior staff and will provide support in the decision making process towards college wide initiatives. The Registrar will supervise the day to day functioning of the Curriculum Management System (CMS) and the Student Records Systems (SMS). Senior Instructor, Social Services Worker Program

Reporting to the Director, Health and Wellness Programs, the Senior Instructor, Social Services Worker Program will be responsible for the planning, organization, delivery and evaluation of the Social Services Worker certificate and diploma programs. The Social Services Worker Programs are directed specifically to the needs of northerners and northern communities. The Senior Instructor will supervise one Instructor as well as contractors and casual staff when required. The incumbent will collaborate with college staff and other government departments such as the Department of Family Services, the Department of Justice and other organizations such as Community Wellness centers.

Reporting to the President, the Manager, Policy and Planning is responsible for policy development, capital planning and business planning for Nunavut Arctic College. The incumbent designs, develops, implements and evaluates Nunavut Arctic College policies and capital business plans, and assists the President regarding changes in administration, legislation, policies and plans for the College. The incumbent will directly manage the IT Services Coordinator and will assess and manage the information technology requirements for Nunavut Arctic College and will work closely with Community and Government Services. Other duties will include assisting with preparing briefing notes and policy statements for the Minister and the Board of Governors, and Requests for Decision for Cabinet and the Financial Management Board. The incumbent will also be responsible for administering and coordinating the Access to Information and protection of Privacy (ATIPP) Act within the College.
